Cancellation Policy:

Please notify the training administrator via phone if you cannot attend so that your space can be offered to another student. The registration fee is fully refundable if notification is received more than 10 business days prior to the class start date. The registration fee is 50% refundable if notification is received between 5 and 10 business days prior to the class start date. We charge the full course price for cancellations received less than 5 business days prior to the class start date.

Precluding emergencies, if Westbay Solutions Group cancels a class, all students will be notified at least 5 business days prior to the planned start date and an alternate schedule suggested or the full registration fee refunded. Westbay Solutions Group will not be held responsible for non-refundable tickets and reservations. Substitutions are permitted, and reservations are transferable.
